I" would advise companies to invest in AI. It's not about getting out the right solution, but getting into the right mindset to deal with AI. Teams can start small and experiment to begin with. There will be an exploration phase, prototyping and production. Compared to regular engineering where we sketch out on a whiteboard and then get into execution, AI is a more iterative process."
